During Milan Fashion Week in February 2023, the Afro Fashion Association will host the first edition of the BLACK CARPET AWARDS, an awards gala celebrating the changemakers who are building a more diverse and inclusive future. The inaugural event will take place on 22 February 2023 in Milano. This opening edition will focus on the country of Italy, serving as springboard for future international editions, awarding leaders in the following categories:
