Vogue talks with our founder, Michelle Ngonmo, Haitian-Italian fashion designer Stella Jean, African-American Milan-based designer Edward Buchanan, and Camera Nazionale della Moda Italiana (CNMI) president, Carlo Capasa about the need for reform in the Italian fashion industry.

As a part of their initiatives, representatives from Italian fashion houses will be invited to participate in a think tank on 22 September 2020, meant to highlight and formalize a plan for concrete action to attain more internal and structural diversity in the Italian fashion industry.
