Second Chance Bags are handcrafted creations made in Cameroon, using recycled materials and embroidered by hand by the women of the Ngrafì Cooperative. Aged between 15 and 60, these women and girls are learning the craft through a training and mentorship program as they seek to reenter society after having been incarcerated.

We started this initiative in 2018 and it continues to change women’s lives in Cameroon today, raising money for their children’s education and building their economic independence. Back in Italy, we bring Second Chance Bags to showrooms and storefronts throughout the country, and feature the bags during our Afrofashion Week and Afro Walk events.
